My insurance does not cover clomid. For 1 cycle my recollection was that it was about $25-35 for 5 50mg pills - I only remember because I was surprised that it didn't cost more. You should call your insurance carrier about the specifics of your plan's coverage - e.g. mine used to cover infertility treatment but no longer does. Good luck!
