Possibly Pregnant?

My last normal period was in March (which also happens to be the month my partner and I began trying to conceive). In April I had premenstrual cramps for 10 days and then a normal period began. In May I had a strange period: on the first day regular flow, next day none at all, next day some spotting, next day none at all. May 15th was my last period. It is now 41 days since my cycle began and I am usually a 31-36 day cycle. I have sore breasts, nausea, sleepiness, bloating, and my nipples (not aerola) appear to have turned somewhat white under the surface and the bumps around them are more defined. I had cramping around the time my period was due, day 31-36 or so. No bleeding accompanied the cramping, and suddenly the cramping stopped. I have taken two pregnancy tests in the morning, a week apart, and they have both been negative. I know that I did the tests correctly. Prior to March my periods ranged from 31-36 days or so but I never experienced cramping without bleeding. Is it possible that hcg would not be evident in my urine yet? It seems I am at minimum a week late for my period, and at most ten days late. I would appreciate any information that might explain these symptoms, whether it is pregnancy, or something else. I also have never had an STD and do not have endometriosis or any other known complications, so I don't suspect an irregular pregnancy. Thank you.
