I had a D&C for a missed ab at 9 weeks. My first period started normally at 24 days-my usual cycle length. I had all the signs of ovulation at the normal time as well, however, I have started my second cycle at 20 days. Should I be concerned or is this fairly common? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
