I am 11 weeks pregnant, and I have a platinum and gold wedding band. Last week, I noticed that it was itching underneath, so I took it off. The skin was all crusty and red. I put it back on yesterday, and today I had to remove it again...it is bright red and puffy underneath. My ring has always fit kinda snug, though it has never been a problem taking it on and off. It is also important to note that (due to loss of appetite/morning sickness), I have lost 3 pounds, and my fingers are not any more puffy than they usually are (which is a little bit...salt addict.) I want to wear my ring while pregnant, and I don't know what is causing this...any ideas? It's like I am almost allergic to it! Thank you for your thoughts!
