The one hour is abnormal, the rest are OK, and I wouldn't worry about the 3 hour. In my practice, despite the fact that this is technically a normal test, I would start the patient on an American Diabetic Association (ADA) diet and monitor blood sugars through the remainder of the pregnancy.
