I am 5 weeks, 2 days. I have been having dull cramps in my uterus. Nothing excruciating or intollerable- but at times intense "twinges"- dull pains. I often lay down when I have them. I have no spotting. Just nausea and spells of fatigue. Should I be concerned? I could understand the cramps if I were further along and my uterus was stretching due to the growth of the baby, but it is to much to early for that to be the cause. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...
