I have never had braxton hicks either. My understanding is that if you walk, change position, take a warm bath, etc., then they ease or go away. My contractions don't. Also, bh don't get stronger as time goes on. I have had a little of the crampy pain (which feels so much like my endo). Most of mine are like my uterus squeezing. I hope this helps.
