I am 5 weeks, 3days pregnant from my LMP. My hcg levels were drawn two days in a row, two days ago they were 7863 and the following day they were about 12000. The u/s shows no yolk sac or heartbeat, is this a cause of concern? The doctor seems to believe a heartbeat should be seen, but my reading suggests that is is possibly still too early to see either. Please help. I have another u/s in one week.
