I am on my 2nd cycle of Clomid and last month it made my cycle 30 days, so I am not really sure about the 28 day deal. My doctor said as long as it was within the 27-31 range, it was good. If you are taking your Clomid on 5-9, then you should have started the OPT on days 12-16. My doctor said that sometimes it take longer on the Clomid than days 12-16. If you got a faint line today it may mean that you are getting close to your LH surge. Your LH surge will come before you ovulate. I would test again tomorrow or call your doctor for clarification.
