I have had 3 m/c's in the last year. My m/c's were 8-00, 12-00, and just recently 5-01. I also have been having pain in my lower left quadrant of the abdomen, along with my lower back. I haven't had this pain til Feb of this year.

I have had an HSG done, along with an ultrasound. Would these tests showed endo or ovarian cysts/cancer? Does endo just show symptoms out of the blue?

I have had heavy periods, but they are very regular... 28 days.

Does this sound like either of these 2 things. I guess a laparoscopy is the only definitive answer, but I was just wondering if these tests would tell whether a lap is necessary.

Also, if I was pregnant 3x's could this have been ovarian cysts. The u/s showed no endo or cysts, as well as the HSG.

Could it be problems from the D&C's like scar tissue or adhesions?
