I looked it up on the WEB because I have to take mine next week. For the 1 hour test anything above 140 is "positive" for referral to the 3 hour test. Even if your 1 hour test is over 140 (mine was 147 my first pregnancy), it does not mean that you have GD - it just means you should be checked with the 3 hour test (I passed that one). I thought the 3 hour test was hard just because you can't eat anything.... I was so hungry I thought I was going to pass out.
