Raised heart rate and blood pressure

Some history: I got pregnant through IVF and am taking 400mg progesterone/day.

I am 39 years old. Before being pregnant I weighed 115lbs (height - 5'7"). My heartbeat was 39bpm and blood pressure was about 105/70 or so. (no kidding, I was an endurance athlete)

Since being pregnant I have put on a lot of weight, so that all my pants are a bit restrictive and my jeans are impossible to put on. Also my heart rate has gone up to 62bpm and my blood pressure is 120/80. Admittedly I have not run at all since the egg retrieval but this kind of jump alarms me especially since I hear blood pressure should drop somewhat. (These measurements were taken independently of my doctor)

I had an US done at 7 weeks (5 weeks gestation). A heartbeat of 139bpm was seen. My ovaries were quite enlarged.

They did not mention that anything was abnormal (they did not measure heart rate, blood pressure nor was I weighed).

My questions are as follows: 1) What are the odds of a Molar pregnancy after seeing a heartbeat? 2) I seem to be showing already (I am currently 10 weeks) and this is my first pregnancy.

3) Should I be alarmed about my increase in heart rate and blood pressure. I know they are typically considered just fine but for me they are high.

Thanks
