Re: 20th week - trouble eating

I had kinda the same problem but when I was further along. What was suggested to me: 1. Keep nibbling small meals throughout the day 2. Eat ice cream

3. One thing that worked for me: having someone else prepare the food and serve it to me. It was amazing how much I could eat that way. Preparing food was a big turnoff, I had a problem with nausea and smells, but if someone made it for me (my husband, mother, restaurant)I could eat it no problem.

4. Also try lying down for a while after meals. Helps a lot with the bloated feeling. 5. Someone suggested eating and drinking at separate times, not together. I don't remember if I tried that.

Good luck...I hated being pregnant. But of course it is all worth it a million times over...
