Clomid side effects...scared

I am currently on cycle day 17 of my third clomid cycle(50mg days 3-7). I did get pregnant my first cycle, but suffered a miscarriage. this will be my last cycle on clomid for a few months because I will be moving in March of next year.

I went to the optometrist yesterday because it has been a year and a half and I needed a new perscription. Well, eveything was going great until he looked into the back of my eyes and noted a swelling of my optical nerves. He said the swelling wasn't severe and that he just wanted to see me back in a month to check it. He didn't even know what Clomid was, but I do remember that visual disturbances can be a side effect as well as headaches so he concluded that is was most likely the Clomid, but he would do some research on it.

I've been searching the web and I'm getting scared. I'm 23 years old and already have 2 kids, but we want another. Since I weaned my daughter over a year ago my breasts have been leaking just a bit after showers and such...I never really thought much about it until now. I've read about pitutary tumors and their relationship with infertility and headaches and lactation and the optical nerves. IS there a relationship between these and should I call my obgyn and let him know? Thank you

Also I wanted to add that I did NOT need clomid to get pregnant with my other children 3years and 1 1/2. In fact I got pregnant on the first try with both and we have now been trying for 1 year and before clomid there was 4 months with no ovulation.
