My cycle is a very cosistent, very reliable 28 days. I have spent a lot of money on OPK's and am very frustrated that I cannot get an LH surge. I am using the Sure Step brand (same people that do aimstick). It claims to be more sensitive than any of the others out there. I start testing on cycle day 11, when I finish the 5 pack- I use yet another 5 pack. Nothing. I thought I had an LH surge last month but I was wrong. When I read the result to much time had already passed. I took another one the same day and was quite disapppointed. My periods are normal and I did not have any problems getting pregnant with my first child. Is it possible that I am not ovulating at all? Is it true that OPK's are really not that reliable?
