I had a complete miscarriage three months ago at 5 weeks. It took seven weeks to get my period after that. I have been trying to conceive again and charting my temperatures. I had a regular 30 day cycle before but now I am on cycle day 35 with no sign of ovulation. Would this be due to the miscarriage? How long does it take to resume a normal cycle after a m/c? Is there anything I can do?
