Maybe

If anovulatory, do I need to worry?

Only if it persists for a few months.

I'm trying to lose the >15 Could that postpone or mess up ovulation?

Not likely.

Very unusual. It takes 6 months for 50% of normal couples to conceive and 12 months for 85% to conceive.

Lucky, Lucky, Lucky

If I have had a previous >history of excellent fertility, am I in the same general category of

75-85% is dismal??? It might take a while though. I have patients who have had 3 "OOOPS" pregnancies and then when they planned one it took a year or more.

I wouldn't think so. Ask the next time you go in.

The genetics counselor said it was sometimes from a >pregnancy that started out as twins but didn't separate, or 3 sperm
>fertilize an egg.

OR a sperm that didn't split up like it should have. or a normal zygote(Fertilized egg) that duplicated the chromosomal material but didn't split the cell wall. The counsellor is just guessing on that like I am now. We don't know why, those are all theories that "could happen"

If 3 sperm fertilized an egg, does this mean >my eggs are damaged or have weak membranes that didn't do what they're
>supposed to?

Nobody knows, but I doubt it.
