I figure that my embryo is 5 weeks, one day old, since that is how long ago I ovulated. However, if I count from my last period, I am 7 weeks. I had an ultrasound yesterday and we did not see a heartbeat, but my doctor said not to worry because I am only 5 weeks and you usually don't see a heartbeat until week 6 or 7. For these purposes, am I 7 weeks along or 5 weeks along? Should there have been a heartbeat? Thank you for your time. Next message: R.
