I had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago and had D&E at 6.5weeks preg. I did not take a hcg blood test after that. I bled for aprox. 1 1/2 and had a followup visit with my ob/gyn. He said everything was ok and asked me if I want to go on birth control. I declined, however he did not take a blood test to test my hcg levels at this point. I had unprotected intercourse shortly after, maybe the same week. I have started having some crampings that lead me to believe that my period was about to start, on and off for a few days. I saw a spotting of blood that is typical for the first day of my period,but then it went a way and I am still having crampings on and off almost every day that lasts a second. A pregnancy test showed positive results, very quickly. Could I be pregnant, or left over hormones from previous pregnancy?
