Hello Sarah,

The V-brace provides the most support at the vaginal area. If you click on the pictures on the Fembrace web site, you will see a close up view of the V-brace where you can see the straps that cross each other at the vaginal area.

We have had customers who did find relief from varicose veins even if they weren't directly on the vagina or vulva.

As far as the pelvic congestion, if placing your hand under your vagina and lifting helps with the pelvic pain then the V-brace would be even more effective.
