I am 28 yrs old and had 2 abortions, one 7 yrs ago and one 4 yrs ago. The latter one was done at 12 1/2 or 13 weeks due to a bad relationship and I've regretted it deeply. Now, my husband & I have tried to conceive for a year and a half and haven't been able to. I haven't seen a Dr. yet, for fear of bad news. My periods are normal, husband is fertile. How common is it to have scar tissue and can it be cured ? I've read about that on the web. What type of exam should I request for the most complete and thorough results ? Thank you-- any info would be great.
