it sounds okay, and I assume you rinse it off well befoer actually

> carrots are fine -- you may turn a little orange tho. The vitamin A in carrots is from beta carotene which is metabolized easily in your body. VItamin A (like supplements) can be toxic in high doses in pregnacy, but as beta carotene in carrots it is fine
