What everyone is telling you is correct, the symptoms you describe may be related to the pregnancy. But, they can also be related to a heart problem. Symptoms of heart disease can be different for some people, ecspecially women. Don't risk your life or your babies. Call your Dr. (the expert) and let them decide what the cause is. I had a heart attack very young and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through what I did if it is preventable. Call you OB that's what they are there for. Enjoy pregnancy, it's truely a special time of your life. Good luck!
