From what I've read other doctors say--you really can't tell multiples from an HCG level. An ultrasound is the best bet. Your pregnancy is measured from your LMP, or in your case 2 weeks BEFORE your IUI--So you'd be 4 weeks 4 days *I think* It's weird that they measure from LMP because the first 2 weeks you're not pregnant, but that's how it's done! good Luck
