Given your low progesterone levels, which are significantly more accurate in assessing ovulation than either the BBT's or the OPK's, you are likely not ovulating. Once you begin to ovulate, your progesterone will be adequate. Clomid will assist in stimulating ovulation. Thus, clomid is the treatment of choice. You will not require progesterone supplement once ovulating... Lynn
