Hi, I am sorry to hear you are suffering with a vericose vein. I had one that ran the whole way down the side of my labia, and right into the vaginal opening with my last pregnancy. It was no fun to say the least. My first suggestion is to keep any pressure off the area...when you sit, put a pillow under your bottom on the side it is on, and lean more the opposite way. Sitz baths, followed by one of those cold freezer packs wrapped up and put in your undies might help also. My Midwife recommended freezing maxi pads....I never tried this, but it could be worth a shot! Also, a belly binder worn on your low abdomen will help pull some of the pressure off your pelvis, which will make the pressure less down in your crotch! I hope this helped!
