As far as the dizzy spells and black outs, you need to get a hold of your physician and refrain from driving until this thing is sorted out. Regarding the chances of getting pregnant, ovulation occurs at unpredictable times following a loss. Therefore, if you are sexually active without birth control during this time, there is certainly a chance. By the way, do you have dizziness or black outs during your relations??? Lynn
