Is there anyway to determine what this means to me or >my baby? Should I have any specific tests? Thanks. CAH is an autosomal recessive abnormality. With your family history, I would certainly seek the counsel of a genetics counselor or geneticist. This abnormality is important to detect because there are actual treatment options available for the fetus while you are still pregnant... Lynn
