I am approx. 9 weeks pregnant and for some reason (I assume unrelated to the pregnancy) I have been having terrible back pain, which is in turn making the entire right side of my body tense. I think maybe I pulled a muscle or something. It is really, really causing me to not sleep well at all. I do have a seizure disorder (I am on Tegretol), and the 3 seizures I have had have all occurred after a lack of sleep. I have never had a seizure on Tegretol (7years). I worry about not sleeping much. I have been taking 1 Tylenol PM during the middle of the night when needed, but I worry about doing this. Is this o.k. or is there something better I can take given my difficult circumstances?
