I am 10-11 weeks pregnant and had a dental xray (on one occasion only), with a lead shield covering my neck to legs. I was told by a friend that I should not have agreed to have the xray in the first instance - lead shield or not. I just wondered if you could tell me the risks in doing this. (PLS REPLY EVEN IF THE NEWS IS BAD)
