Talia, The critical titer at which one begins to follow a pregnancy more closely is 1:16 for D. However, this follow with ultrasound or amnio usually does not begin until 18-20 weeks of the pregnancy. This is because prior to this gestational age, any required therapy (i.e. fetal transfusion) can not be done. In your case, you will have to have at least joint follow with an obstetrician so that the pregnancy can be monitored closely... Lynn
