Period 2 weeks after last--follow-up

I did breast feed. Yesterday I only bled like a period for a few hours and then it stopped. Could this be realted to the cyst or periovulatory bleeding? I have a history of anovulatory cycles, but for me that means going weeks (up to 10) between cycles, not bleeding every 2 weeks. When should I call my doctor/see her?
