Tomorrow, I will be 12 weeks along in my pregancy. However, the past two days, I have noticed a trace of brown spotting and am very worried about this. Is this normal, or should I be concerned of a possible impending miscarriage?

I do have a regular checkup on Monday (two days from now), but the worry of this new discovery is making that seem like forever and a day away.
