However, she was very ill because of it- diarhea and vomiting. She says she would not recommend it to anyone. I guess it depends on what you are willing to go through. I have heard that drinking black or blue Kohash tea works. It is dangerous to due though if you are not full term because my mother's midwife said that it really does bring contractions.
