A best friend was told by the radiologist following an ultrasound that some fluid was found in the kidney of her baby. SHeis currently late first/early second trimester. What implications does that have to the health of the baby? How serious is it and can it be indicative of other problems, and if so what are they?? She has a second ultrasound scheduled in the upcoming weeks and at the very least we want her to have the correct specific questions to ask and specific things to look for. Thanks.
