I am 15 wks 3 days. I went to the doctor today and have lost 8 lbs in 5 weeks. I was very nausea for 2 1/2 weeks out of the last 5. I have felt pretty good the last 2 weeks or so. My doc said the weight loss was okay, especially considering the fact that I am over 30 lbs overweight (5'3" and 180 at beginning or pregnancy). I am still trying to eat healthy, but must admit that I have splurged on hamburgers and french fries lately, although i never finish them off. I am also starting an exercise routine. Is it okay if I happen to continue losing weight or should I try and make my self start gaining? How much should I gain in the next 25 weeks? How much weight is usually baby weight that I will lose at delivery? Thanks, Jenny
