I don't really have an answer for you, but I did want to post and tell you that you're not alone. I have those sudden outs of severe hunger - low blood sugar -and they are horrible! They come on *without warning* and they are VERY sudden. Out of the blue, I will suddenly start to shake, and shake violently. I feel weak all over, kind of dizzy or light headed, and I feel great anxiety and I need food RIGHT NOW. As I walk to the kitchen to grab something quick, I feel like I could pass out. I get something and take it to the couch and eat it as fast as I can, and it still takes a good twenty minutes before the shaking stops and I start to feel semi-normal. In the meantime, I'm a basket case waiting for my blood sugar to rise. It would be different if I had some warning so I could prevent the shakes, but they just happen so intantly. I hope that you and I can both find some relief. I have felt really "weird" lately, too. Best of luck to you! ~Kristy
