26 Weeks with Large Amounts of Ketones

I just got back from my OB appointment. I had a 'large' amount of ketones in my urine. Even so, I had the 1 hour glucose tolerance test. I will not have the results until tomorrow.

Do ketones mean I have gestational diabetes? I eat well and drink water constantly, so I don't think I'm dehydrated. My OB said that the baby is getting all of the glucose. Is that bad?

I'm very confused, and he gave me very little information. I asked and asked, but he seems unconcerned. Help! Thanks in advance.
