I ordered a few books on the subject of miscarriage from amazon.com and the best book I have read is called Preventing Miscarriage: The Good News. The author is Jonathan Scher, MD. The book throughly explains the many causes of miscarriages in a way that non-medical people can understand. I am currently trying to conceive for a third time. After my second miscarriage, I had about 10-12 blood tests done and everything was normal. I then had an endometrial biopsy and it showed a possible luteal phase defect. My doctor has be taking Clomid and progesterone suppositories. Hopefully my next pregnancy will last!
