If she has had a complete evaluation looking for other causes associated with AMC, it truly could be related to your uterus. Treatment of this really depends on teh problem with the uterus. This can recur, but may be less likely since your uterus has already been "stretched" with the previous pregnancy. decision should depend on consultations from a high risk ob and a reproductive specialist.
