Pregnant? First month off Birth Control Pill

I am 26 years old, healthy and active. My hubby and I are TTC. This is the first month with the defenses down. I want to know if I am pregnant. Here's the facts:

LMP was April 15. Two weeks later, we used an OPK which identifed April 29 as ovulation day. I did have clear stretchy mucus, and a low, soft and open cervix. We had sex serval times in the 3 days prior to ov. day. Also, the two days before the OPK said I was ovulating I had a dull pain on my lower left side that only hurt when I bent forward or slumped forward (the pain disappeared the day of ovualtion). 4 or 5 days after ovulation day, I had a very slight, full, pressure-like 'pain' in my left side again (very different from earlier pain)that lasted for 3 days, that I suspect was implanation. 2 days after this, I developed very sore nipples that are still sore. 2 days before my period I had 2 days of what I thought were menstrual cramps. However, I am now 2 days late for my period and no sign of it and all PMS symptoms are gone, except for the sore nipples. I have done 3 different HPT's (clearblue and First Repsonse) and all have come up negative.

Is it possible that I am pregnant even if HPT says NO?

How much longer should I wait before retesting? Or should I just get a bloodtest instead?

Is it possible that I am missing my period because I just quit tri-cyclen 1 month ago? My periods were always regular on the pill (of course).

Any help is greatly appreciated!
