I was taking a Zinc supplement for acne before I got a positive pregnancy result and stopped at that time. Is it safe to take any amount of Zinc separate from a prenatal vitamin during early pregnancy. It worked really well for my acne and my face has just exploded with acne since I got pregnant. The tanning bed helps to dry the skin out, is that safe or should I stop that also?
