In reading online, I saw that Prozac is associated with complications during the neonatal period (prematurity, low birthweight, respiratory distress) if taken in late pregnancy, but none of these risks were mentioned for Zoloft.

Is it because Zoloft does not carry these risks, or because Zoloft has simply not been tested enough for us to know?
