Yesterday I had a positive result with a pregnancy test. The last few days I have had a pain on the right side of my abdomen in between my bell button and pubic bone and along the crease where my leg meets my abdomen. Its a dull yet sharp pain that is relieved when I stretch out. What could this realistically be?
