In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is often the best way to get pregnant with blocked or damaged tubes. The good news is that you can conceive. IVF bypasses the tubes and would probably be your best bet b/c it sounds like the tube you have is probably damaged since that is where you had the first ectopic. From what I have heard, IVF is more successful than trying to fix the tubes.
