2 Questions about Ultrasound

I had an Ultrasound last week which was called a Level III. Is this in any way different from a Level II (this is what I had with my last 2 children, different doctor, different state)? It only lasted about 20 minutes.

Also, I noticed that the baby's heart seemed to be beating more slowly than what I've heard in my OB/GYN's office with the Doppler (the sound was not on during the ultrasound--I'm going by the movement I saw). I didn't clock it, but no way was it 150+ bpm. Is there some reason the heart movements would appear slower on Ultrasound? If the heartrate were abnormally slow, would that be the sort of thing the perinatologist would have picked up on? I forgot to ask at the time. He did say that he thought everything looked fine.
