Sorry to keep bothering you, but I wrote yesterday about doing a 24 hour urine collection. Well, I just a call from my doc and she said that it came back with high levels of protein, but that the urine culture( a separate specimen) came back negative for protein. She is having me come in tomorrow and they are going to repeat the 24 hour urine and make appointments with a maternal fetal specialist and renal specialist. My question is, which on has a higher chance of being lab error? I am really nervous and confused. Thank you so much for your time!
