I am 14 weeks and for the last week I have had these "twinge" like feelings in the area of my cervix. I had these same feelings at the end of my first pregnancy. I am concerned because I am only 14 weeks and am feeling the same. I also occasionally have pressure in the vaginal/rectal area. I am worried that my cervix is dilating or something.
