They are Red white and black bears (made in the only colors that a preemie baby can see) One style, the Isolette Bear, has the design of a bear kneeling and praying in front of an Isolette with a preemie bear lying inside. The second style is the Praying Hands Bear. This design has a baby bear lying across a set of outstretched hands. The hang-tag cover features a trio set of building blocks with the initials PPHB (PREEMIE PRAYER HOLYBEAR™) on them.

The poem inside the hang-tag reads:
