You might check out the book The Secret Life of the Unborn Child. It's somewhat dated (1981) but has some interesting theories on the effect of a mother's severe anxiety on her unborn baby. NOT to give you one more thing to worry about! But, as a fellow anxious mom-to-be, I can tell you it has helped me to focus on the important stuff. You are not alone!
